The Baby Footprint is based in Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada, and ships to the US and Canada – no other country at this stage. You can create an account and they offer free tracked shipping on orders over $129.99 to anywhere in Canada and on orders over $149.99 to the United States. For Canadian orders under $129.99, there is a $12 shipping fee while for US orders under $149.99, there is an $18 shipping fee. Shipping times may vary depending on the location. However, they strive to get all orders out within 1-2 business days of purchase Monday through Friday.

Is there a returns policy?

Yes, Baby Footprint gladly offers returns for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition within 15 days from the date of online shopping whereas in-store purchases may be returned within 30 days. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and if the total order amount falls below the free shipping total after returning items, then the original shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund.

The store offers two options for returns which are either a refund with a 10% restocking fee or store credit at the purchase price of the item. Unfortunately, clearance and sale items are considered final sales. Furthermore, for safety reasons, feminine products, face masks, and babywearing carriers are also not returned.
